Confederation of British Industry
Now in its 17th year, the CBI survey provides essential statistics across all industry sectors and company sizes, based on a sample of 530 directors, senior managers and HR practitioners, representing one in 30 employees in the UK. The survey includes statistics and analysis including absence levels by sector and company size, region, manual, non-manual and all employees, the direct cost of absence by employer size and sector, and causes and patterns of absence.
