When to use this model variation of contract letter
Use this model letter to notify appropriate representatives of a proposed change to employees' contracts of employment, where the change affects 20 or more employees. This letter has been updated to take account of the statutory code of practice on dismissal and re-engagement in effect from 18 July 2024.
