Personal data processing fees (for fees payable on or after 25 May 2018)

Organisations that process personal data (data controllers) must pay an annual fee to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). There are three tiers of fees that apply depending on an organisation's size and annual turnover. Public authorities are categorised according to staff numbers only.
