Summary
- Employment contracts can generally be written (including in electronic form) or oral, although they must be written in certain cases, such as part-time contracts. (See General)

- A distinction is made in law between the employment contracts of blue-collar employees and white-collar employees. (See Types of contract)
- Employers are required to provide employees with written information on the essential aspects of the employment relationship. (See Written statement of terms of employment)
