Statutory maternity pay and other family-related statutory pay rates increase
Implementation date: 2 April 2023
The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2023 (SI 2023/316) increases the rates of statutory maternity pay, statutory paternity pay, statutory adoption pay, statutory shared parental pay and statutory parental bereavement pay to £172.48 per week.
