Proof of right to work in the UK - copying of documents requirements

Under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, to establish that an individual has the right to work in the UK, where an employer is undertaking a manual right to work check rather than using the Home Office online right to work service, it must check and copy either one document or two documents in defined combinations from specified lists.¹
