When to use this model settlement discussion checklist
Use this model checklist when holding an initial settlement discussion with an employee who has been placed at risk of redundancy, but the selection process has not yet been completed. It may also be used when a redundancy process has not yet begun but it is felt that there may no longer be a role for the employee within the organisation.
