Business visitors in the UK

At 11pm on 31 December 2020 (the end of the Brexit transition period), EU nationals (except Irish nationals) became subject to UK immigration control. This means that the UK's business visitor rules apply to both EU and non-EU nationals. We set out the key elements of the business visitor rules, including the activities that are and are not permitted in the UK as a business visitor.
