General election 2024: Labour Government's employment law proposals

Following the general election on 4 July 2024, we summarise the Labour Government's key employment law plans in Great Britain, legislated through the Employment Rights Bill, which is expected to be published within the first one hundred days of the Government taking office. We also include employment legislation expected to be introduced via the Equality (Race and Disability) Bill.
