The Welsh Government has launched a consultation on proposals to establish a Social Care Negotiating Body for Wales, which would provide a forum to negotiate Fair Pay Agreements for social care workers. The outcome will help shape the structure, remit and enforcement of agreements. The consultation is open for comments until 28 April 2026.
